Barnyard Millet Pongal

Ingredients :
- 20 gm raw rolled oats
- 20 gm avocado
- 100 ml coconut water
- 50 gm fresh yogurt
- 1/2 tsp flax seeds
DIRECTIONS :
- Soak oats for at least one hour.
- Rinse and drain the oats.
- In a blender, add oats, avocado, yogurt and coconut water.
- Blend until smooth.
- Transfer mixture into a jar and add flax seeds on top.
- Enjoy your double blend.
