INGREDIENTS :
- Seed Mix (Chia, Pumpkin, Sunflower, Flax) – 1 cup
- Dates (pitted) – 1 cup
- Rolled Oats – 2 cups
- Almonds – ½ cup roughly chopped
- Cashewnuts – ½ cup roughly chopped
- Walnuts – ¼ cup
- Raw Honey – ½ cup
- Dried berries (blue berries, cranberries, raisins) – ¼ cup
DIRECTIONS:
- Dry Roast the seeds, oats and chopped nuts on a pan for 3-4 minutes seperately. Keep aside.
- Grind the dates into a fine paste.
- Mix all the dry roasted ingredients in a mixing bowl and let it cool down.
- Add the ground dates, ½ cup honey and the berries to the dry ingredients and mix well until one.
- Pour the mixture in a lined baking tray.
- Press and flatten to set into a slab.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour to set.
- Store in an air-tight container while refrigerated upto 2 weeks.
