INGREDIENTS :
- 2 Bread Slices
- 2 tbsps Hung Curd
- 1 tbsp Carrot (Grated)
- 1 tbsp Onion (Finely Chopped)
- 1 tbsp Capsicum (Finely cubed)
- ½ tsp Green Chilli (Finely Chopped)
- 1 tbsp Fresh Coriander (Finely Chopped)
- Salt to taste
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder
- ¼ tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 2-3 leaves Lettuce
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix all the ingredients – hung curd, carrot, onion, bell pepper, green chilli, fresh coriander, salt, black pepper and red chilli flakes in a bowl.
- Spread 2 tbsps of hung curd mix over 1 bread slice and top it with some lettuce leaves.
- Apply some olive oil on top of the bread slices and grill until crisp and golden brown.
