Ingredients :
- ½ cup Split moong dal
- ¾ cup chopped low fat paneer
- ½ tbsp finely chopped chillies
- 2 tbsp chopped methi leaves
- ¼ cup finely shredded spinach
- 2 tsp besan
- A pinch of hing
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp oil
INSTRUCTIONS :
- Clean, wash the moongdal and soak in water for 3-4 hrs.
- Drain the dal and add cottage cheese, green chillies and blend well to smooth batter, adding little water.
- Transfer the mixture to bowl, add fenugreek leaves, spinach, besan and all other ingredients and mix well.
- Divide the batter into 4 equal portions and pour a portion of batter in a pre heated waffle iron and bake until crisp.
- Repeat with the remaining batter to make 3 more waffles. Serve hot with pudina chutney.
