1. Grind moong sprouts, curd along with red chilli powder, dhania powder , green chilli and ginger into fine paste.
2. Sieve oats powder into the above paste and Mix well.
3. Soak the batter for 15 mins.
4. Adjust the consistency by adding water as required and mix well.
5. On a hot tawa, spread a layer of thin batter and cook on both sides until golden and crispy,
6. Eat it along with mint or tomato chutney.
