For the dough : Combine all the ingredients and knead into a dough using enough water. Keep aside.
Divide the stuffing into equal portions. Roll a portion of the dough into 5” circle. Fill in 1 portion of the stuffing in the centre of the circle. Bring together all the sides in the centre and seal tightly. Roll again anto 6” circle using little whole wheat flour.
Heat a nonstick tava and cook the paratha using little oil on both the sides.
Cut the paratha into 4 equal portions and serve immediately with some ketchup.
