Ingredients :
- Besan chilla – 1
- Tomato – 1 thin slices
- Onion – 1 thin slices
- Cucumber – 1 thin slices
- Ketchup – 1 tsp
- Mint Coriander Chutney – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Chaat masala – to taste
INSTRUCTIONS :
- Lay your chilla out on a cutting board. Take a knife / scissor and make a cut from the edge of the chilla down to the middle .
- The chilla gets divided up into four quadrants or quarters. Place a different ingredient into each quadrant.
- Fold the wrap up, starting from the bottom left quarter, folding it up over the top left, then folding it over to the top right, then folding it down to the bottom right.
- Enjoy as it is or grill or roast on a pan.
