- Quinoa – ½ cup
- Potato (boiled) – 1 grated
- Sriracha – 1 tsp
- Garlic paste – ½ tsp
- Onion – 1 diced
- Besan – 1 tsp
- Spinach leaves (optional) – chopped
- Feta cheese – 2 tsp
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Chillies – 1-2 juliennes
- Black pepper powder & salt – to taste
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix all the ingredients together by hand in a mixing bowl.
- Make small and flat patties.
- Add some oil in a non stick pan and cook them until golden brown on either side, Serve immediately with hummus or mint chutney.
