INGREDIENTS :
- 1 ripe medium banana, frozen
- 1 cup Frozen mango
- 2 tbsps rolled oatmeal
- ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp Peanut butter
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
- Blitz all ingredients together and enjoy !
